1. About the site

Sweet Dreams (“the site”, “we”, “us”) lives at sweetdreamscandyandtoys.com and is operated by the operator of Sweet Dreams. Our email is [email protected]. You can also use the contact form any time.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older. If you’re younger, please leave the site.
• Checking that free social games are legal where you are is up to you.
• We may ask you to confirm your age again, and we may limit or close any account we think belongs to a minor.

3. What this site is, and isn’t

This is a set of free social games for fun. It is not a gambling service.

• Nothing is for sale, and we take no deposits, payments or card details.
• Credits in the games have no monetary value and can’t be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, goods or services.
• We give no cash prizes, or prizes of any real-world value.
• Doing well in a free game says nothing about how you’d do gambling for real money.

4. Accounts

• An account is optional. The games and the rest of the site work without one.
• If you make one, give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us quickly if you think someone else has used it. You’re responsible for what happens on it.
• You can sign in with email and password or with Google. Google’s own terms and privacy policy cover that step.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
• As a safety measure, five wrong passwords in a row pause password sign-in for 15 minutes.

5. Fair play

Please don’t: use the site if you’re under 18; give false details; try to break, overload or dodge the site or its games; use bots or scripts on our forms or games; copy, scrape or resell the site or games; or use it for anything unlawful or to bother other people.

6. The games

The games are embedded files that run inside our pages. We can’t promise a game will always be online, bug-free or work on your device, and games can change, pause or be removed. Results are just for fun and predict nothing.

7. Ownership

The site, including its design, wording, artwork and games, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and play it for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Our responsibility

The site is offered “as is”. We don’t exclude any liability the law won’t let us exclude, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost play credits, which are worth nothing. Your legal consumer rights stay as they are.
